How much is the surcharge?
Surcharge amounts average from $1.50-$3.00 per cash withdrawal. With limitations, the surcharge amount is ultimately determined by the merchant. With our experience, we can help determine what surcharge amount best fits the location & area.

How much of the surcharge will my business receive?
The merchant will receive a percentage of the surcharge based on transaction volume. This can be discussed in the sales quote process.

When do I get my money?
Depending on the sales package, cash load service and commission payment method selected your cash is received one of two ways. At the end of each month paid out through a cheque, or direct deposited daily into your account. This can be discussed in the sales quote process.

What happens when a customer doesn’t receive their cash?
This is a rare occurrence, and is typically a result of user error; invalid PIN error, insufficient funds, or selecting the incorrect account. Customers are urged to keep their receipt, a summary of any error will be printed on it. If the dispensed amount reads differently from the requested amount, customers should be instructed to contact their financial institution to verify the completion of the transaction on their account. If there are any discrepancies, a "Regulation E Claim" should be filed with the issuer of the card through their financial institution, and the issue will be resolved electronically.

What are my costs?
If you have chosen a FREE ATM placement your business will have no new expenses. If you have purchased an ATM it will require a standard telephone line, DPL satellite unit, or an internet connection for communication and a standard electrical outlet. Paper supplies are free, and rolls generally last up to 6 months.
